Our carbon fiber facility is built for repeatability—from material selection to curing and finishing. We work with aerospace-grade prepreg and validate quality through aging, corrosion, and climate testing.

Controlled from start to finish

Every step is monitored and refined to reduce variation across batches. From curing to finishing, the workflow is designed to keep surfaces consistent and edges clean. This controlled process helps deliver repeatable alignment, stable clear coat, and a uniform OEM+ appearance.

Aerospace-grade prepreg carbon fiber

Premium material is the foundation of strength, weight, and finish. We select aerospace-grade prepreg carbon fiber to support stable performance and a refined weave appearance. Combined with a controlled curing process, it helps maintain consistency, durability, and long-term visual quality.

Designed to follow factory lines

Each kit is shaped to match OEM body lines, maintaining a natural flow with the factory design. We focus on minimizing gaps and misalignment, so the finished look remains clean and intentional. Mounting is engineered to align with factory points, reducing the need for extensive modifications or adjustments.

Validated beyond the showroom

Parts undergo durability-focused testing to protect both appearance and performance over time. This includes aging and anti-yellowing evaluation, corrosion resistance, and temperature & humidity validation. By simulating harsh environments, we reduce surprises after install and help components hold up across climates.
