Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

• All shipments are fully insured.
• Where available, customers can choose between standard and express delivery at checkout. Shipping prices and delivery estimates shown before payment are the applicable rates for the order.
• If a shipment is damaged or has another delivery issue, please contact RevoZport with details and photos so we can assist.

Returns

• Contact RevoZport within 14 calendar days after delivery to request return authorization and instructions.
• Returns are accepted by mail. The return address is provided after authorization and may depend on the order's delivery region.
• Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition and in their original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping and all return shipping costs.
• No restocking fee is charged.
• After an authorized return is received and inspected, an approved refund is processed within 14 days.
