From the drawing to the final detail

Precision in Every Detail

Look beyond the spoke pattern. The center cap, machining and inner rim all contribute to the finished wheel.

Inner Lip Details

The inner rim profile forms part of the wheel specification. Look closely at the machined texture along the inside edge.

Precision Manufacturing

CNC machining shapes the spokes, rim and mounting surfaces. The drawing defines the details before the wheel takes its final form.

Custom Spec Blanks

The forged blank is the starting point. Width, offset and mounting details are considered together for the finished wheel.

FEA Design Analysis

Digital load analysis supports the design process. Physical tests and load ratings remain specific to the wheel and its specification.

Why Revozport Forged?

A wheel should suit the car in its proportions, specification and finish. We help you bring those decisions together.

Strength and weight, together

The balance depends on the wheel size and the load it needs to carry. Ask for the figures for your chosen specification.

Fitment as a complete setup

Diameter, width, offset and brake clearance work together. We help confirm the front and rear specification for your car.

A finish with character

Brushed, gloss and satin surfaces bring out different edges and reflections. Compare each finish on the wheel itself.

Talk to a wheel specialist

Choosing your wheels

Finishes, fitment and ordering.

Should I choose square or staggered wheels?

A square setup uses the same wheel size front and rear; a staggered setup uses different front and rear sizes. The choice depends on your car, tyres, brakes and intended use. AWD systems can also require a specific relationship between front and rear tyre rolling diameters.

What’s the difference between satin, gloss and brushed?

Satin Black has a softer sheen; Gloss Black gives sharper reflections. Brushed Clear shows the metal’s surface grain. Compare them on the same design to see how each changes the wheel’s appearance.

How do I choose a track wheel specification?

Check the listed application and both axle sizes on the product page. Wheel diameter must clear the brakes, while width and offset need to suit the tyres, suspension and bodywork. Send any brake or suspension changes with your enquiry so we can review the setup.

Can I order a listed Track specification?

Choose your application and front and rear wheel sizes on the product page. The selected price appears before you add to cart. For a different setup, request a quote on the same page.
