The RevoZport wheel-arch system is compatible with Tesla Model Y (Juniper) 2025+ Standard / base, Premium and Performance. V1 is the controlled-width wheel-arch specification, adding approximately 28 mm at the front and rear. V2 is the widebody hero-build specification, adding approximately 55 mm at the front and 65 mm at the rear.
Use this product as the Tesla Model Y Juniper widebody kit foundation when building the V2 exterior package. It also supports Tesla Model Y widebody wheel arches, Tesla Model Y wide fender flares, Tesla Juniper widebody and Model Y Juniper fender extensions search intent without renaming every product as widebody.

We use pre-preg Toray carbon fiber, known for its lightweight, high strength, and superior finish compared to wet lay-up alternatives.

Returns

What if my carbon fiber part arrives damaged?
We warranty against manufacturing defects for 14 days from the date of package delivery. Please inspect your product upon arrival and contact us immediately if you notice any defects.
